Off The Hook Fishing Charters are owned and operated by Licenced Skipper Joe Branca

As a very keen angler Joe has spent many years as a deck hand on charter boats and as a boat owner he has gained a wealth of knowledge of our local waters inshore and offshore learning from some of the best fisherman to grace our shores.
Joe prides himself on becoming an all rounded angler with the experience to produce the best fishing experience for all his clients. He loves all aspects of fishing and will always do his best to make sure his customers have the best time on the water and return with a feed of fish.

It has been a life long dream of Joe's to own and operate his own charter business from the very first time he cast a rod many years ago.
Now his dream has become reality and there is nothing more Joe wants to do with his life than to share the passion with you!

As an owner of many boats over the years none can compare to "THE DON". This boat was custom built from the ground up by HYDROMAX MULTIHULLS in Glouchester N.S.W this boat is a captains dream, an 8.8 meter Hydrofield with twin 200HP Yamaha motors and state of the art Simrad and Lowrance technology and electronics. This boat comes with all the bells and whistles. Fitted out with Wilson rods and Finor reels it has been built with Comfort, Safety and Stability in mind, all to make your experience one you will never forget.
